The NFL preseason starts; in the past has this had an impact on B.O. with movies targeting male demo DIST9?

GIJOE and other such holdovers on the legs of a movie, I guess I am asking does the NFL hurt B.O. or is the release dates staggered to comply to with football season. Basterds or H2 will these type of movies take a hit?

No it doesn't seem to have much effect on the B.O. fans can see movies around the football games. Most games are played on a Sunday until H-Mogul Aug 17, 08:38
