I'm outraged at the outrage. Since when do I not have a legal right to protect/defend myself with applied and appropriate use of force?

If people think that there is a case here, take W. Smith to court. If not, then shut the hell up. We all saw it and the kisser was out of line. The kissee defended himself with minimal use of force. End of story.
