if a movie goes directly to video or cable without a theatrical release, then the stock will cash out at 0 (zero)

so since that looks like a possibility, traders are selling and or shorting, which moves the price down

 

also, just a tip, dont use brackets [  ] when asking a question. your post will get erased (moderated) since it isnt news. (so next time you have a question, just use the symbol without the brackets, ie TBOYS.
