I think it's undervalued becaue women flock to theaters on V-day (50 SHADES, ABOUT LAST NIGHT, THE VOW) and this particular film appeals to single women who for the first time have a film specifically for them on V-Day.  Plus, if THE OTHER WOMEN opened above $20M, shouldn't this one?  It feels like a huge bargain.
