The last 3 superhero movies have done less than they were expected to, I'm thinking why would TMNT2 be the exception? I'm bullish on MBFYU,

hasn't been a romantice drama out for a while, the demo that goes to those may be ready for it. Don't know about CON4R, seems priced about right but I'm a poor judge of comedies.

Predicts, guys. MBFYU opener around $9M-$11M; TMNT2 $66M-$70M OW at this point; CON4R maybe $8.5M OW eallensbp May 29, 06:03

If ALCN2 had done even slightly better OW, TMNT2 would likely have a more modest OW. TMNT2 has a prime summer slot and kiddie buzz is high. {nm} eallensbp May 30, 15:49

TMNT2 looks like a lot more fun than the first one, though, that might help considerably. austpow May 29, 10:58

Agree, CON4R is an outlier, hard to predict. Easier to predict, still, than ALCN2. Got a few guys saying it could end up going WAYFR but- eallensbp May 30, 15:53
