Based on the trailers and few tv commercials I've seen it looks like BvS + Watchmen, but even less coherent. That's my true opinion.
You are free to disagree. Based on online buzz tracking metrics, I'm sure millions of people do.
My main beef is the comparisons to Deadpool and GOTG. Both of those were light in tone, with fun being a main selling point, which is why both exploded way past expectations. SUICD seems to be a darker, more serious take. Maybe it's really good and winds up like Batman Begins/Dark Knight. Along with BvS and Man of Steel those seem like better comparative material to me.
