Well I'm sure techie or not we're all curious
I'm a recent grad and I'm currently looking for a job in the IT support/admin field, all through college I troubleshooted and helped to troubleshoot various computers, networking devices, services, programs, scripts, etc and believe me, it's no less of a pain haha, especially when the person who configured said device or service or coded said program or what have you has literally no business being in the IT field(and have gone on to get jobs in the field faster than me.. not to sound jealous or anything just an observation) but that's a story for another day.
You hit the head on why I'm curious though, if it was regular outage I would be like meh but this is rather unusual given how it's affecting users(different times, not everybody, etc..).
Also, random story, kinda tied into electrical stuff, just now I brought in a fam from another room and the remote for it wasn't working, face the little IR part towards my phones camera and I see there's no flash of light when I click a button, so I figure well probably dead batteries, go around my whole house trying to find triple A batteries, looked high and low and had things fly at me from closets, took me a good 20+ minutes and I finally find a fresh pack. Go back to my room and prepare to put them in and it turns out it wasn't a dead battery, some genius put the batteries in the wrong way. -.-
Well no login issues so far. Last couple of days I'd been locked out for 3 hours or more by now. Good job HSX team. Sep 28, 23:53
