The cascade of changes is likely anyway because SHANG CHI is probably not going to its current February release date and Doctor Strange 2 isn't likely either and Falcon/Winter Soldier is probably not going to debut in August with the production stoppage.
What probably happens is BLACK WIDOW takes ETERNALS date, ETERNALS takes SHANG CHI's date, SHANG CHI takes Doctor Strange 2's date.
It's likely August gets lit up with at least some big releases so offhand chance they put BLACK WIDOW there but that rubs up against JUNGLE CRUISE at that point.
