With IRNM2 poised at about $212 mil, any reason why its stock is STILL dropping?

I thought the blockbuster warrant was low enough when I hopped on last night, but it sank AGAIN. It's only got $150 mil or so to break the strike price. Anyone else with me on believing in Stark?
