I thought 'someone' made the "rule" that if MTC was higher than RS, both were likely low. This, of course, doesn't always work :). I agree
with xiayun and further, think both are more than likely too high based on data for SAW6. People do get tired of the 'same old, same old' and this one has PNAC2 to contend with.
