right now its just dynamics of the market.
eventually, it will be at its correct future TAG. unfortunately, some traders that thought that way are not willing to hold it until such future date and are closing their position thus creating demand and moving the price away from that future TAG.
you have 4 choices:
1) forget about this bond and hold it as you currently do until situation will be corrected (do nothing)
2) close your position
3) close your position and trade with the crowd
4) don't tag bonds for discussion purposes because there is greater than 99% chance your post will get
