Now that you two have gotten completely off the subject...
I think the original point that started this is that mike255 more often than not makes posts that are outright false, potentially inflammatory, and sometimes says things that could be considered stock manipulation.
All of these things vary by post, but he's clearly either stupendously misinformed in real life, or doing it on purpose.
If he's misinformed (on practically everything, it seems), a warning should be given so that he is advised to check his sources (or multiple sources) before posting.
If he's doing it on purpose, he should be warned as well, with outlined consequences for continuing that behavior.
As has been pointed out in this thread, he doesn't seem to do anything egregious enough to leap over the boundaries of the "rules", but in total his contributions to the forums have not had an overall positive effect and can lead to confusion amongst readers regarding real-life events or in-game stock prices.
It's obvious enough that pretty much all of the "regulars" on the board can see it.
TL;DR: Either mike255 is a world-class troll, or he astoundingly ignorant about pretty much everything. Either way, he needs a "friendly reminder" that he should only be posting TRUE information.
