least 7.84 per share works out to a dROI of .12, about the 268th best on the list.  So tomorrow, after the IPO excitement, it would be wise for smaller ports to reevaluate their long term positions on this new security.  May 28th is still 8 weeks away.

NOTE:  IPO's for StarBonds are usually priced to adjust slightly more than the IPO and IPO price has more to do with the EAP than the TAG.  A long term gain of about 156K is the exception, not the rule, in StarBond IPO;s.
