Need a 2.0+% one (1) to two(2) Day Drop for Small Ports under 50 MILL to be worthwhile. The ROTO might do that at the 50 MILL level provided that there were not any other better immediate opportunities and the Port had the CASH. At the 100 MILL level or 150 MILL level, the ROTO would definitely do this provided sufficient CASH level, looking for a one (1) to four (4) day Hold.
