I use a day planner, where I list all my bond info
and every week I double-check my info against the new calendar. It's full of x-outs and expected adjust #'s, and lots of other stuff. I always try to have next week's bonds marked "sell" "cover" "hold" or "flip". Lots of other HSX info is scrawled in there, too, such as weekend over/unders, warrant and IPO reminders, notes, percentiles and rank, etc. Very little worth noting happens on Mon or Weds, so Tues can bleed over to those columns, when you get a realease date change or expansion.
It's a bit 20th- century, but it works pretty well for me.
