SITWAP - STUCC appears to be a double adjust now

Dropping WNDRS (5.20) + MRPBS (111.50), and adding SPOTL (17.69) + HGAM4 (max 250.00).  currently priced at 126.94 with a TAG of  (122.54).

At those prices, he would adjust to 152.74.
