Starbond IPOs are priced at what they would adjust to if the next adjust happened tommorrow

so it is up to you to decide if the next adjust will gain or drop in value enough to effect the adjust, and/or whether player interest (fans etc) will send the bond price higher or lower (play the players etc) 

I usually wait till the next adjust before investing unless the next movie is underpriced
