Still a bit confused

I read the FAQ and Glossary:

 StarBonds do not adjust in price for the first film in TAG, or for films which do not report box office to ERC.

How do you know which movies reported to ERC?

Please help me by example: What are Forest whitteker ( FWHIT ) last five movies? Does Ernest & Celestine count as one of the 5?
