From my observations the Starbonds halt at their current price and only adjusts to the new price shortly before it starts trading again.
It won't display the adjusted price until the adjust happens around 10am Pacific.
Is this correct or have i missed something?

That's the way it always happens. Bonds halted approx 3pm Pacific. Tags adjusted later that evening {nm} Jun 26, 20:00

You are correct. Steps are 1) Halt approc 3pm Pacific 2) adjust tag later that evening 3) adjust bond price next morning {nm} Jun 27, 14:39
