What's going on with Daveed Diggs's stock?

It was posted with 3 million shares offered at the inital price of $75.00/share. It's been showing 2.9 million shares still up for grabs for some time now without moving. I noticed that the stock's staus is "pre-IPO", with an IPO date of June 26. I don't think I've seen something like this before. Was it a case of the IPO going live prematurely, so they locked it but let the peoplke who'd bought shares keep what they'd bought?
