I have gone through the rules several times, you are just not paying attention.

There are milions of H$ reason in playing the StarBonds. Look at JHAMM as just one example.

You should like a broken record bringing up KCAVA. She was IPOed with 3 credits including a studio film. Not my fault most went STV. For the 50-100 StarBonds that are IPOed each year, a few will turn out flameouts. I can live with that as long as we capture the breakouts like EBLUN. Need I remind you again the last time you complained by pointing out that you never heard of Emily Blunt so she shouldn't have gotten a StarBond.
