Disappearing actors

I use the 'In Theaters' list to make sure I have included all upcoming action with regard to actor's 
TAGs - then the actors are stripped from the listing (for instance - INSTINCT (NSTNC) had both Marwan Kenzari (MKENZ) and Carice van Houten (CVHOU) listed last week, and now they are not).  This is true for MANY films where actor and directors names are there when they enter the 'In
Theaters' list but disappear before the movie cashes out.  What are the criteria for stripping names?  Where is that announced? Is there any way of determining this without checking daily?
