I'm getting ripped off on CHAOSC... I was holding correctly at halt. It's not much, but Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?

HSX halted the security at 3 episodes=$3, when it was priced at $3.33, and I had it short.  Since it was halted, there was no way for me or anyone else to adjust positions.  So I get burned for H$66,800 (33,400 * 2)... small money, but a large %.
