I really should go in to a specialist, but no insurance :(
Claritin and Benadryl dont help much. Anyone tried the nasal sprays? but I worry about the side effects of those. I tried zrytec but not much better. How about allegra?
Basically for me mid August until frost (late Oct) this hay fever on some days will literally wipe me out. Stupid part is I work mostly outdoors!

I take Zyrtec in the evening, Claritin in the morning. And yes I know, you aren't supposed to do that. Sue me. Aug 24, 08:25

As a person who has had BAD allergies for over 30 yrs - if you can manage without anything, you don't have it bad Aug 24, 23:55
