my live draft update....

Posted by: lobogotti on Aug 25, 21:12

Keeper League.

Starting:
2 QBs
2 WRs
2 RBs
1 WR/RB
1 TE
2 K
2 DEF

10 teams, 5th year.

My keepers this year were:
Eli Manning
Roddy White
Cedric Benson
Reggie Bush

Rough year on me, I had to lose Randy Moss, Carson Palmer and Brett Farve to retirement.  I also gave up Brandon Marshall, Brandon Lloyd and dropped Ryan Grant earlier last year to IR.

My draft order starting 3rd...

1. Peyton Hillis
2. Kevin Kolb
3. Dallas Clark
4. Philadelphia
5. Brandon Marshall
6. Anquan Boldin
7. Jay Cutler
8. Benjarvus Green-Ellis
9. Steve Smith (Car)
10. Ronnie Brown
11. Nick Folk
12. Indianapolis
13. Josh Scobee
14. Jacoby Ford

With what was available I was voted easily the best draft in the league, which is good because I needed it.

In a 2QB league where most great ones were gone to get Cutler in the 7th?  Come on.  Also, who was the moron that dropped Hillis?  Our league is a reception league too and he had damn near 60 last year.

Thoughts?
