I took Vick because it's a QB league and I really thought we would see many a 300 yard passing, and about 5 100 yard rushing games out of
him. was hoping to get the double bonuses. this draft threw me all off every which way. right after I drafted my team I was disgusted with it.....and still am!
it really does surprise me that Brady is doing SO well. I don't think he will keep it up at the current pace by any means, but he'll probably prove me wrong.
in my 5 leagues these are my records/updates:
2-0...League with my brother, put on by a good buddy of ours. Small money league. My team is great.
1-1...League with my old corporate pals. Many great firends in there for some big money. My team is decent, a 4 keeper league in 8th year now.
1-1...League with my brother and his friends that is a VERY competitive league with tons of positions. My team is pretty darn good.
1-1...League with my neighbors. My team in this league is scary good, as the yuppies don't really know much. That said I got it handed to me by Cindy Brown the first week!
0-2...League with HSX. I knew the settings going in, but just truly hate my team. Looks like a Brady, Rodgers, Brees or Rivers will get you into the playoffs and from there just hope one of them gets over 300/400 yards in your playoff game.
