Illinois is getting ready to vote into law an incentive package for the merchantile exchange and Sears to keep them in the state.  The cost will be $387 million per year.  Iin the end this will be a bigger bribe than the bank bailout.  The two giants will not be repaying the funds giving to them unlike America's greatess car company, GM.  As we will all come to see, the money will be used to pay out year end bonuses and golden parachutes. 

Just once I'd like to see corporations give out jump packs filled with flatware and kitchen utensils.
