According to Quinn, the Bill to redistribute the wealth is "fair". I have no idea what this means. Is the Bill fair in a way where the Bill can be improved? If that's what they're passing, that's where the problem lays. Why would the vote into law any Bill that wasn't the best. Perfect if you don't mind. If a Bill has problems it should be rewritten and improved instead of voted on.
Even from a socialist view, in my opinion, when a Bill or law says that certain groups gets wealth given to them and other groups get nothing, how can this be fair? Fairness implies equality. When equality is non-existant by law, fairness gets lost.
