I was under the impression from the previous episodes that Jesse is kind of onto Walt. And in this episode he took Walt's relationship "pep-talk" to mean that the girlfriend and kid were in danger, whether Jesse told them anything or not.
Walt is trying to control everything and tie up any loose ends, but he keeps finding more - like the guys in prison he now has to support.
Nice cover on Walt's part with the sister-in-law with the Beneke connection and Skyler's behavior.
I also speculate that Jesse KNEW the Roomba was clear before Walt arrived and may have been testing him. I think Jesse's reaction to finding the object in the Roomba was more playing off the betrayal he felt than "relief" at finding it. He knew then that Walt was responsible. (just my opinion on the scene -- we'll see if it plays out).
