It seems so obvious but I can promise you my state will be one of the last to the party. If treated like booze I can see a tax revenue windfall. The older i get the more I realize that more and more people smoke.

If one (booze) is legal and taxed why not give the citizens what they want and tax accordingly. Not so much a question of health, we have plenty of legal substance that can be addictive, but what is the hold up? I really do not know.

A lot of folks from OK go on snow shiing trips and I do wonder how you can stop those folks that legally purchased and bring it home. Or maybe lose their job for something that was done legally in another state but still in the blood system up to a month from returning from a vacation. I mean nobody loses a job from going to the Bunny Ranch and coming back to Utah.

In OK we go to Missouri to buy fireworks and they are legal to own in Oklahoma just not supposed to use them outside of July 4th  and New Year's Eve. On personal property out of city limits it is legal but not 100%.

Many, many questions.
