If 1 Astonomical Unit (AU) = 92 955 807.3 miles, then this asteroid is projected to pass at 185 911.6 miles from the Earth.  That's actually pretty close, considering the moon is from around 137 606 miles to 252 711 miles at the extreme perigees... So depending on where the moon is...(Ahhhhh)  Wink
