I thought I would give you guys a heads up first. I just found out about it a few minutes ago. I've studied the orbit diagram below and have asessed the situation. While the asteroid is only about the of a redneck's trailer, it can cause significant damage.

I would be watching the sky between now and November 19th. From my past witnessed falls, there's a 5 day window from the day of close approach. I also suggest extending the watch period until the 28th as this rock will be changing lanes and parking in front of Earth for 2 weeks.
I hope you can be part of this. It's eye opening to see a nice fireball that occurrs when there's an asteroid at close approach. 99% of the people will have no idea what's going on and if that's the only thing that comes of this, then at least you can say you were there.
While we may not see the fireball ourselves, you can always search youtube and science news sites for and recording of fireballs caught on tape from a dash cam, security cam and those lucky enough to be looking up through a camera lens when one shows up.
The type of fireball we want to see is one big enough that video can be made. Not these tiny flashes and dashes that you can witness just by looking up on every given night. We want one that cases commotion.
Good luck!
