Mike Francesa on WFAN has it right. There will be no punishment for A-Roid, Braun or any of the others. Why not?

1) No failed drug test which is required under the CBA.

2) No physical evidence linking them such as needles, blood, etc. 

3) No witness to them taking any PED's

4) A hand written notbook of cash payments kept by a not too credible witness is not going to get any conviction.

5) If an arbitrator rules against any individual player, they can take the whole thing to court.

 

They did not get Bonds.  They did not get Clemons.   Armstrong caved because they had credible witnesses.
