Her (former) employer is owned by a mega-rich Dubai citizen (and Janet Jackson's husband!). He could have made this all disappear for the cost of the snot in his handkerchief (and still can).
That's where any public shaming campaign should begin. Historically, the Jacksons jump right to the table when it comes to paying off scandals.
