The video was gameplay footage. There was a screen all in black, and you had to shoot(?) white paint(?) at the darkness to see where you were going. Then a level switched to all white, with shooting black paint. along the way there were scary things.

cant find anything on google, wonder if anyone remembers and knows the game?
