NYT: LA wins the battle over NYC for creatives & also the weather plays its role...

http://www.nytimes.com/2015/05/03/style/los-angeles-and-its-booming-creative-class-lures-new-yorkers.html I like the looks of Austin or S.C. or other parts but LA lacks the walkabiity aspect & city design is mix n matched...Santa Monica is nice, I'll say but the rest....as Larry David would say "Eh"
