One option is to use multiple layers of conditional formatting, one for each movie yet to be released. So you'd have one rule that says if a
cell in the range is equal to NMIND, it should be coloured grey. And then another for DESM2 and another for ANTMN and so on. There aren't that many movies in the set are there? Maybe 10?
And then when one of the movies comes out, you delete the relevant formula.
