I physically found it difficult to watch - the way the tension was slowly ramped up during that scene, the only way they could have made it more unbearable for me would have been if Negan had made Rick choose who would get Lucilled.  This is the first time I can remember where they have been out-manned and out-thought and sets up the next season with a new set of problems for Rick and whoever is left.
