How do I put this...There was a TV weathe guy in NYC for many many years named Tex Antoine. Once, on the air, he told a rape joke
that in some raunchy circles might have been acceptable, but not on TV. Not during a weather report. After all, there is nothing funny about rape. He was off the air, carreer ruined, fater than you can say "technical difficulties."
Just be a little more judicious.
