One more that occured to me

Automating those kinds of notices would generate a lot of notices.  Everytime a Moviestock IPOs with SBs attached, notices.  There are almost always cast changes in major projects during the course of development and even during production, notices.  I think you may be underestimating how many notices would be generated.

Also, page views are a souce of income for the site.  Those kinds of notices could reduce page views (this would depend a lot on the details of the notice system).
