I have a multiple purchase glitch that needs fixing please.

I bought max shares long of YURNU on 04/13/14 at 05.57 but in my trade history that purchase has been duplicated and my account has been debited in duplicate also. Would the powers to be be so kind as to fix this purchase glitch. Thanking you in advance.
