Failed limit order

last night I placed a sell max limit order for Medusa and it reached the set dollar amount. It is showing as filled in my trade history, and yet the trade did not fully process. I had originally bought 37k shares and set a limit price, then after I bought 57k more set another limit order for those new shares. What looks like happened is that after my first group of shares hit there price and sold the system got confused and didn't process the second trade even though I had placed MAX. I could see if the trade history showed a failed status, but it shows filled. 600k loss because of this. What gives?

When you intially place a max order it calculates the amount of shares and puts that amount in the order. So that amount is processed not JDolphin Mar 15, 13:24
