Since this is a re-IPO, it is not "Pre-IPO" as LBJAM but "Inactive"
Going back to the original question, there were a lot of StarBonds delisted at the changeover. THere were new criteria to eliminate little traded securities and stars who had few new attachments.
The future became more imporatant than the past. For example, DRADC had only one previous attachment, and PJACK had none. Both entered the new system with great futures. SSTRI did not make the cut.
