A combination of maxing out database connnections and other unforeseen bugs once we went live. We're working through them. {nm} HSX Support Jul 16, 21:40

yup...no matter how much you prepare, some bugs just don't show themselves until the customer gets their hands on the system {nm} tealfan Jul 16, 22:30
