Max values seem screwed up on some buy/short/sell/cover executions

Seems to be capping at 50,000 or 100,000 in some instances. I just shorted GAMBI at max and it only did 50,000. Had a bunch of stuff in my port at 50,000 shares, also, so seems to have been going on for a while?
