Where is DUNE3 or Dune Messiah

Dune 2, the sequel to Dune, is available, but its sequel, the third in the trilogy, Dune Messiah is not available to buy. It has not been IPO'd yet and should be because Warner Bros. has green lit it. The script is finished. It should have been listed as concept but now it most definitely should be added!
