I am not receiving daily interest as I should be.

Hey guys, I have been inactive for almost 30 days and noticed the new inactivity fee. So I made 3 trades on January 14th. 2 Blockbuster warrants and 1 movie fund. However, I continue to have no daily interest income and also, my account is showing me as unranked due to inactivity. Is this an error or am I doing something wrong? Because it says to just make some trades and you will be considered active again.
