This time ALL other pages working but MovieStocks page giving GDPR message immediately

Previous GDPR issue corrected on system restart (not with clearing browser cache or restarting browser). This time even that isn't helping.
Is the server for different pages different on HSX? Could setting be different for each? Did a major system update & that could've affected it but why only 1 page?
