Take a look at TCRPS. The title should be "The Carpenter's Son" but instead it is "The Carpenter’s Son". It's using a quote instead of an apostrophe. This sticks out because I track HSX stocks on a Linux machine which doesn't render that windows-1251 character. Since I never noticed it on a web browser I thought it was some esoteric encoding issue (well, I guess it sort of is). Today I sat down to figure out where it was coming from. There are lots of these in the DB, but I'm sure they won't be corrected because probably no-one else "sees" it? If this doesn't make sense, compare the real apostrophe in TPCAK to the quote character in TCRPS. You'll see it!
