Not sure why but when I try to access the movies board, I get a strange message, though I can access all the other boards

I've gotten this message board but it's only the movies board. If I change the "3" in the URL to any other number I get in

If you have reached this page it means there is a problem accessing HSX from your computer.

There are a couple of possible reasons for this:

Europe/GDPR

As of May 2018, HSX is not available in Europe due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You will not be able to access HSX from any country which requires compliance with the GDPR.

High Load

HSX may be experiencing abnormally high traffic volumes. If this is the case, this page will appear in order to help mitigate the flood of traffic and protect the site. Usually if you wait a few minutes and try again, you will be able to access the site.

I've had that message, rarely, and I just refresh/reload the page and it goes away. Don't even clear cache, just click on the reload icon. Rocket Apr 27, 15:19
